1. Booking & Non-Refundable Deposit

• Commitment Fee: To confirm your event or rehearsal session, a 50% Commitment Deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Non-Refundable Status: This deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• Preliminary Work: The deposit covers immediate administrative and technical preparation, including sourcing solicited song lists and preparing tracks for club-standard Pioneer systems.

• Opportunity Cost: By securing your time slot, DJ Amped rejects all other booking inquiries for that specific period.

2. Cancellation & Final Payments

• Final Balance: The remaining 50% of the booking fee must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

• Forfeiture: Any cancellation at any time results in the forfeiture of the initial 50% deposit.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.

3. Equipment Liability & Safety

• Professional Gear: The studio is equipped with high-value professional hardware, including Pioneer CDJ-3000 players and DJM-A9 mixers.

• The Liquid Ban: Strictly NO LIQUIDS are permitted within 1 metre of the DJ console.

• Financial Liability: The hirer assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to equipment, lighting rigs, or the premises caused by the hirer or their guests.

• Replacement Costs: Any liquid damage will result in the hirer being billed for the full replacement or professional repair cost of the hardware.

• Security Bond: For party bookings, a refundable damage bond may be required at the discretion of management.

4. Conduct & Capacity

• Capacity Limits: You must not exceed the agreed-upon room capacity. Overcrowding results in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

• Prohibited Items: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Staff Authority: DJ Amped staff reserve the right to end any event immediately if guests become unmanageable or if equipment safety is compromised.

5. Media & Intellectual Property

• Content Rights: DJ Amped claims no ownership over audio or video recorded during your session.

• Promotional Consent: By tagging DJ Amped in social media content, you grant permission for the studio to repost that media for promotional purposes.

Agreement Notice: By completing your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
